The Worry Successfully Journal can be used whenever you feel anxious, stressed or worried. 

 

How does the Worry Successfully Journal work?

 

The Worry Successfully Journal uses strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Greek Philosophy. Once familiar with the strategies, pick an approach that best suits the worry you are trying to work through and simply write it out.

The Journal consists of numerous entry sessions which will enable you to identify your thought patterns, challenge them and transform your thinking over time.  

 

How long do the exercises take to complete?

 

Each exercise varies in length and can take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes to complete.

 

I have never journaled before; would this be suitable for me?

 

The Worry Successfully Journal contains journaling prompts in the form of questions to guide you through your anxiety and stress. You do not need to have any journaling experience.
